Friday 12th Jan     Arrive New York (if not earlier)

Saturday 13th        Rehearsal – either morning or afternoon (finish at 5pm)

Sunday 14th           Rehearsal – either morning or afternoon (finish at 5pm)

Monday 15th          Concert 7pm – party afterwards

Tuesday 16th         Fly home (or later – your choice)

Costs

£     30             Non-refundable Membership fee IOMCS 2017/18     Payable before 26 April to IOM Choral Society

£   200             Non-refundable Registration fee for singers               Payable before 26 April to IOM Choral Society

£   460             Balance of singers fee                                                        Payable before 1st November to IOM Choral Society

£1,000             Estimate of travel costs IoM-NY + 4 hotel nights (bed only) Payable direct to travel agent

£2,000            Anticipated total overall cost, including meals etc

 

Non-singing folks (partners / families etc) can join us – costs as above, excluding singing fees.

Non-singing folks will not have access to rehearsals, performance or party.  A VIP pass to attend these will cost $400.

Travel Agent

We are expecting a travel agent to provide us with flights from IOM to NY and back, including transport to and from NY airport to hotel; 4 (or more) nights in hotel in walking distance from Carnegie Hall.

We can choose on which days we wish to travel and number of night’s accommodation required etc.

We will put you in touch with travel agents to arrange these individually and pay for them individually – when paying direct to travel agent by credit card, one has various protections offered by your credit card provider.
